⚠️ Critical Platform Risk Notice

Social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook actively detect and penalise inauthentic follower/engagement activity. Purchasing followers, likes, or comments may result in reduced reach, shadowbanning, content removal, or permanent account suspension. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks entirely.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Social Numbers ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Social Numbers provides social media growth services including followers, likes, and comments for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Our services are:

Designed to enhance the appearance of social proof on your profiles
Delivered via automated or semi-automated systems
Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any social media platform
Not guaranteed to produce organic reach, revenue, or brand partnerships

3. Platform Policy Violations — Your Responsibility

You must understand and acknowledge the following before purchasing:

TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook explicitly prohibit the use of third-party services to artificially inflate follower counts, likes, or any engagement metrics. Their terms of service define this as "inauthentic behaviour" and reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or issue permanent bans without notice or appeal.

Account Suspension: Platforms use machine-learning systems to identify bot-sourced engagement. Detected accounts may be banned permanently.
Shadowbanning: Your content may be hidden from discovery and hashtag results without any notification.
Content Removal: Posts with suspicious engagement spikes may be removed by platform moderation systems.
Follower Purges: Platforms periodically conduct mass removal of accounts identified as bots or fake followers. Purchased followers may be removed.
Creator Fund / Monetization Disqualification: Accounts found to use inauthentic growth may be permanently disqualified from monetization programs.

Social Numbers bears no responsibility for any platform actions taken against your account as a result of purchasing our services.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. This includes cases where: (a) the platform removes delivered followers/engagement; (b) your account is restricted or banned; (c) delivery is slower than estimated due to platform algorithm changes.

We will, however, offer a re-delivery at no cost if the order was not delivered within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 4–6 hours for most packages. During high demand or platform algorithm changes, delivery may take up to 72 hours. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Quality of Followers & Engagement

We deliver followers and engagement sourced from real-appearing accounts. However, we do not guarantee:

That followers will remain on your account indefinitely
That followers will interact with your future content
That engagement will trigger organic algorithmic amplification
That delivered accounts meet any specific quality threshold defined by third parties

7. Upsells & Flash Sale Offers

After purchase, we may present time-limited upgrade offers at discounted rates. These offers are genuine discounts applied to standard package prices. Timer-based offers expire when the countdown reaches zero and are not available thereafter. All upsell purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via M-Pesa (Safaricom), Airtel Money, and PesaPal (Visa/Mastercard). We do not store card details. All transactions are processed by our payment partners under their respective security standards.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect your phone number, username/profile link, and optionally your email address to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely in our systems and used solely for order fulfilment and customer communication.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Promote illegal content, hate speech, violence, or misinformation
Engage in fraud, scams, or impersonation
Manipulate elections, public opinion campaigns, or financial markets
Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction

11. Limitation of Liability

Social Numbers' total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, loss of account access, loss of brand deals, or reputational harm.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
